The Reality Next Door

A lot of people think change is hard.  They try and try to change negative beliefs, but still believe them.  They try to develop habits or change their feelings, but all they do is struggle and fight themselves, day in and day out.

But the truth is, your brain is a computer.  And you don't program a computer by repeating the same commands over and over again!  To change the behavior, you have to change the program.  And once you change the program, it stays changed.  You just have to know how to get into your brain's "program files"!

So in this workshop, you'll discover multiple methods for changing and removing negative beliefs, thought patterns, and feelings, by altering your brain's stored programs.  And, you'll quickly see why change is only hard if you try to do it the wrong way!  (The way most people try to do it!)

In addition, you'll be introduced to the idea of "Test-Driving" your changes: how to use your mind to test a technique so you can tell immediately whether it will work for you or not.  And believe it or not, it's the simplest techniques that can produce the most rapid (and lasting) changes.

Your self-esteem is directly determined by how you think of yourself.  Unfortunately, most of "how you think of yourself" is determined by snap judgments made during the worst moments of your life -- resulting in life-long grudges and resentments against yourself and others.
